  1. PRICING, PRODUCT INFORMATION, AND AVAILABILITY

We reserve the right to correct errors, change prices, and update or discontinue products at any time without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear fraudulent or that contain pricing or description errors.

  1. SUBSCRIPTIONS

If you purchase a subscription (such as a monthly bundle), you authorize us and our subscription provider to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel, according to the billing terms shown at checkout. You may cancel or modify upcoming renewals as described at checkout and in your account. Cancellation stops future charges but does not refund orders already processed. Refunds for subscription orders are governed by our Refund & Return Policy.

  1. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. In short, supplement sales are final once shipped, except for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  1. SHIPPING AND INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Shipping, delivery estimates, customs duties, and import fees are governed by our Shipping Policy. International customers (including in Canada) are responsible for any customs or import fees charged by their country.
