How does the membership billing work?

When you become a Shay's Care Plan member, your payment method is charged on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel. Your renewal date and billing details are shown at checkout and in your account. Each month, your chosen supplements ship to you automatically so you do not have to reorder.

Can I cancel or change my membership?

Yes. You can cancel anytime before your next renewal through your account or by messaging us. Cancelling stops future charges, but it does not refund an order that has already been processed or shipped. You can also adjust your upcoming selections before your next billing date.

How are orders placed and processed?

Orders are placed through our secure checkout. Orders are typically prepared for shipment within 2 to 5 business days after they are confirmed. You will receive order updates by email, including tracking when it becomes available.

How does shipping work?

We ship to the United States and Canada from U.S.-based fulfillment centers. U.S. orders typically arrive within an average of 3 to 5 business days after shipping. Canadian and international orders typically arrive within 3 to 5 business days after shipping, though customs may add time. Delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees. Do you accept returns?

Because supplements are sealed, consumable products, we cannot accept returns of opened or used items, and we do not offer change-of-mind refunds.
