This policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are typically prepared for shipment within 2 to 5 business days after the order is confirmed. The first time a new product label is produced, it goes through a brief verification step, which may add a short delay to that first order. Once your order ships, you will receive tracking details by email when tracking is available. Processing times are estimates and may vary during high-volume periods, holidays, or due to factors outside our control.

WHERE WE SHIP

We currently ship to the United States and Canada. All orders are shipped from U.S.-based fulfillment centers.

DELIVERY TIMES

United States: Orders are typically delivered within an average of 3 to 5 business days after shipping, depending on destination.

Canada and other international destinations: Orders are typically delivered within 3 to 5 business days after shipping via carrier, though customs processing may add additional time.

All delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, customs, and other factors can affect actual delivery dates.

SHIPPING RATES

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order. Any free-shipping offers (for example, on subscription bundles) will be applied automatically at checkout when eligible. The rates shown at checkout are the rates that apply to your order.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS, CUSTOMS, AND IMPORT FEES

For orders shipped outside the United States, including to Canada: packages are shipped from the U.S. under Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU) terms. You, the customer, are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by your country when the package arrives. These fees are set by your local customs authority, are not included in our prices or shipping charges, and are outside our control. Customs processing may delay delivery. If a package is refused or rejected at customs, or returned because import fees were not paid, we are unable to issue a refund for that order. Please check your country's import rules before ordering. We recommend international customers contact their local customs office in advance if they are unsure about potential duties or restrictions on dietary supplements.

INCORRECT ADDRESSES AND FAILED DELIVERIES

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, additional shipping charges may apply to resend it.

DAMAGED, LOST, OR MISSING PACKAGES

If your order arrives damaged, or tracking indicates a problem, contact us through the chat bubble in the bottom-right corner of our website with your order number, the email used at checkout, and photos where relevant. See our Refund & Return Policy for how these situations are handled.
